Whoa. It’s been a week since I posted. I’ve been working out, I swear! I’ve also just been getting back into the swing of things with school and life since Isaac. Missing a week of class is tough and we have had to rearrange a lot in our calendar. We have had to get a few house repairs rolling too and start working with our insurance company.
Sometimes in times of stress it’s best to back off working out. Other times it’s best to buckle down. This week, in an effort to normalize, it was best to push through.
