First off, this will be the last ‘Week in Review.’ I will be blogging regularly this week. I got a little overwhelmed at work and let blogging slide, but at least I kept up with my workouts.
One nice thing about a ‘Week in Review’ post is being able to take a look at the week as a whole. I am pretty pleased with my running this week. Thursday was a course record for me on the 3.5 mile loop I regularly run and Sunday was the same for that 3 mile loop.
Oh, and I’m still pulling in the long run! I’m going to stick with 8 for at least another week before I bump it up. My mileage for the month has been great so far and I’m on my way to breaking 100 miles this month for the first time this year.
When you get busy, what usually slides for you? Cooking? Working out? Showers?
